API user access

In order to access the e-planning API it is necessary to have a user in the account.

To create a new user click on Administration > Users > Add

 

Once you have created the user , you can request our Technical Support area, the API user activation.

 

They will ask for this information:

- user_id (usuario_id)

 

- complete login > name@client.com

 

This profile enables:

  • Password without expiration.
  • Multiple and simultaneous access.
  • No time out session blocking.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE!

There can only be 1 API user in the account.
